This is the place where you can let go of the expectations and pressures of everyday life. Together, we'll learn how to show up authentically and be witnessed in all our glory as women. We'll come together to honor the divine feminine energy and connect with like-minded women.

Here's what's on the agenda: breathwork, conscious dance and embodiment practice, gentle yoga flow, we'll also dive into journaling/intuitive drawing and sharing our thoughts and experiences with each other. Plus, prepare for some soothing sound healing with crystal bowls, Native American Style flute and sansula to nourish your soul.

Join us for a festive holiday event filled with creativity, connection, and relaxation! We’ll kick off at 4:30 PM at DRAFT in Seefeld to decorate delicious vegan cookies crafted by White Rabbit Bakery. Enjoy a complimentary hot beverage (coffee, matcha latte or hot chocolate).

At 5:30 PM we’ll take a short 5-minute walk to Groove by B for a soothing movement session. Vanessa will guide you through a YinYasa flow, blending gentle Yin Yoga with light Vinyasa movements to improve flexibility, release tension, and help you feel grounded during the busy season. Bianca will follow with a special relaxation practice, offering a peaceful way to embrace the season’s joy.

As the year draws to a close, we invite to you to join us for an End of Year Ritual, where we will come together to honor the closing of this chapter, the transitions we've experienced and to create a space for reflection, gratitude, and intention-setting for the year ahead. This intimate gathering may help you reflect on the past year, acknowledge what you have experienced, gently let it all sink in and settle down.

As we wrap up another year, it's the perfect time to take a moment for ourselves. The holiday season can be fun but also a bit hectic, and many of us feel the urge to rush into the new year, leaving behind the past. To truly make space for fresh beginnings, it's important to acknowledge what we've experienced and find closure.

Together, we’ll settle into stillness, lighting the way forward from the past, through the chilly winter, and into a bright future. Let’s welcome the New Year with open hearts and clear minds!

The evening will start with creating a meditation nest. We will share few meaningful reflection rituals, including a guided journaling session to explore your personal journey over the past year, creating a tangible reminder of your growth.

As we move through the evening, we will flow with the gentle asana sequence and extended breathing techniques - so you can unwind and reflect. We'll take time to relax our bodies and minds, allowing the comfort of the Earth to support us.

We will close the evening with a sound journey with Tibetan bowls that will symbolize your transition into the new year. Here, you will be leaving behind and what you wish to invite into your life moving forward, surrounded by the calming energy of the studio.
