Did you know that your menstrual cycle is far more than just a monthly occurrence? It is a deeply intelligent, rhythmic system that influences nearly every aspect of your life—your energy levels, emotions, cognitive function, appetite, creativity, and even your self-confidence. Yet, we live in a world that prioritizes linear productivity, often dismissing the natural ebbs and flows of our bodies. Many of us have been conditioned to ignore or suppress these fluctuations, leading to burnout, frustration, and a disconnection from our own inner wisdom.

This workshop is designed to help women reconnect with their bodies, understand the four distinct phases of the menstrual cycle, and learn how to align daily life—work, relationships, self-care, and movement—with these natural shifts. By recognizing and embracing the wisdom of our cyclical nature, we can learn to become more self aware and understand and manage ourselves better in more turbulent times. 

What to expect:

  • We will dive deep into our bodies and connect with our womb space with a circular breathwork and embodied movement practice.

  • You’ll gain an in-depth exploration of the four phases of your cycle—Menstrual, Follicular, Ovulatory, and Luteal.

  • We will discuss how hormonal shifts impact your mood, energy, cognitive abilities, emotional well-being and how stress influences your cycle, and how you can work with these changes rather than against them by learning how to adjust your work schedule, exercise routine, nutrition, and self-care practices according to your cycle.
