We’ll begin with QiGong, a mindful movement practice that enhances energy flow, grounds the body, and calms the mind. This prepares you for the Gong Bath, where deep, resonant sound waves guide you into a state of profound relaxation and inner balance.

• Welcome and Opening Reflection – Understanding Fire energy, the Heart Meridian, and emotional balance in QiGong & sound healing
• Cooling Breathwork – Gentle breathing techniques to calm the nervous system and clear excess heat
• Heart-Centered QiGong Flow – Movements to open the chest, regulate the Heart & Small Intestine meridians, and promote emotional stability
• Calming Gong Bath – Lying down, allowing the resonant sounds of the Gong to release tension, soothe the heart, and invite deep tranquility
